"Fantastic Product & Outstanding Support!"
We had heard a lot about how awesome SellerSnap is, and for quite a while, we hesitated due to the cost. But, we started facing some problems with the repricer we were using, so we decided to give it a shot and see what happened. We haven't regretted it! The onboarding process was super easy for us, and they've got a fantastic team ready to guide you. Even after we got set up, they've remained quick to respond and very helpful. The product itself brought about an immediate positive shift as we noticed our old inventory starting to move and sell. We're definitely fans now!

"A Must-Have Product!"
This product is just incredible! I can't put into words how much SellerSnap has helped me in my daily tasks. I was on the hunt for a dependable program to simplify my life, and my only regret is not discovering it sooner while I was messing around with other options. "Expecting More for $500 Monthly"
When you're shelling out $500 a month, you kinda hope for the best, right? I ended up losing a ton of cash because of items that were priced wrong. I reached out to them with trouble tickets, and all I got was, "We'll check it out." They keep pointing fingers at Amazon. But when I set a minimum price of $27 and it sells for $23, that’s clearly a problem with Seller Snap's software, not Amazon's API. There are plenty of other repricers available. Some do a better job than others, but this one is definitely the most overpriced option I've come across.

"Absolutely dislike this application"
I absolutely dislike this application. We're shelling out 800 bucks a month and receiving zero assistance. The AI isn't much better than other apps that cost around 94% less... Their phone support is also down. I've been attempting to cancel my subscription, but you have to reach out to them for that... AND THEY NEVER RESPOND.

If you have any questions, you can expect a reply the same day, and a lot of times, they send a video that guides you step-by-step on how to resolve your particular problem.

"Attempted to bill us $500, which isn't..."
They tried to bill us $500, which ain't exactly a bargain but not the priciest either. There are occasional delays in pricing; it’s not too competitive. It’d be awesome if the tool provided more insights on real-time sales and order data.

Seller Snap is an excellent tool for repricing, particularly for those who are premium users. If you're running a growing business, you might want to check out their Accelerator program. We just finished their Accelerator program and have recently graduated. From what we've seen, Seller Snap stands out compared to other repricers, especially those that provide AI repricing. All in all, we're quite pleased with the support and our overall experience with Seller Snap.

SellerSnap has been a real time-saver for me each month with its AI-driven repricing. It's the easiest and most hands-off repricer out there. Sure, it costs a bit, but my profit margins have actually gone up even though I set lower minimum prices in SellerSnap compared to my previous rule-based system. The price tag is a tad steep, especially after the accelerator program.
